Vanilla Card Projects are an exciting way of encouraging pre-school children to express their creativity and sense of personal achievement. Nursery age children are incredibly creative, turning out uninhibited designs using any technique that comes to hand, from finger paints to colourful splodges.
Bright, bold and imaginative, they can be turned into professionally printed greetings cards, which can be sent to friends and family, used for birthdays, as thank you cards or any occasion that comes to mind rather than just ending up on the door of the fridge.
What we do
We'll send you a Project Pack containing everything you need to get parents' support and run the project, including an authorisation form for permission to take photographs of the children.
Every child will receive a complimentary card to take home to help their parents decide whether or not to buy.
And once the final orders are received we'll send you all the finished cards by an agreed date, organised and packed with attractive envelopes, ready for you to hand out.
What you do
Once you've decided to run the Project, please fill in the online booking form. This will help us to plan for your needs, and arrange a mutually acceptable start and end date for your project.
You'll need to organise time to do the project. We also require a digital photo of each child, together with their name, saved to a disc which we provide. If you don't have the facilities to do this you can ask parents to bring in a favourite photograph from home, or we can arrange for one of our Vanilla-mums to take digital photographs for you. These are then sent to our studio for processing.
Once all the cards have been scanned in and the designs prepared, we'll send you printed proofs for you to give to the parents with an order form.
After that you simply have to hand out the finished cards when they are delivered.
